1）公司包吃、包住，不扣伙食和住宿费。
免费提供早、中、晚三餐；免费提供住宿，每个房间有独立的阳台、洗手间、储物柜和全 天热水淋浴。
2）五险一金和商业保险
所有员工一入职即购买社保（养老、工伤、失业、医疗、生育）及按国家规定购买住房公积金。
普通工人及文职技术类人员购买人身意外商业保险（保额为￥10万); 专员及工程师级别商业保险（意外20万~50万;寿险 15万~50万 及子女险）- 商业保险费用由公司缴交，员工个人不缴纳。
3）年终双薪: 每年发放相当于一个月基本工资的年底双薪, 与12月份的工资一起发放.
4）高温津贴：100元/月/人，每年6月份至10月份按月发放。
5）工龄津贴（特殊岗位享有工龄津贴：如技术员、生产操作员等）：30~360元/月，具体标准如下：
员工服务满半年，享受30元/月的工龄津贴;员工服务满一年，享有60元/月的工龄津贴,依次递增，最 高上限为360元/月。
6）员工假期
法定节假日:11天/年；
年假：普通工人及文职技术类人员７~１５天/年;专员及工程师级别：13~18天/年
公司假日：2天/年
婚假: 3天, 并发给结婚贺金200元；
丧假: 1~3天, 并发给慰问金100元.
产假: 产假最高达208天（其中产假98天，奖励假80天，难产假30天）
产检假:半天／次; 男员工陪产假：15天; 流产假：15~75天;哺乳假：依国家规定执行。
病假：公司给每位员工每年12天的全薪病假, 不扣任何工资,超出12天的病假部分, 按国家规定支付病假工资.
7）公司设有员工接送车, 每日接送员工上下班, 往返常平镇内购物中心。
8）公司设有电影室，每周二、四、六、日及节假日，为员工送上精彩电影。
9）公司设有足球场，羽毛球场、生活小超市、桌球室、篮球场、开心菜园、电脑培训室、图书阅览室、医务室、
ATM自动柜员机等设施齐全的娱乐室供员工免费使用。
10）公司为员工每年提供免费健康体检, 春运时组织订团体火车票。
