Ltd (QSR) is a Sino-US enterprise specialized in design, developing, manufacturing of precision silicone sealing parts with sales and marketing function. Since the Headquarter in Ohio US established in 1966, the company has set up 17 facilities worldwide including 8 manufacturing plants. In December 2004, QSR as a wholly owned subsidiary of Q Holding Company, built its first plant in Dongguan, a well-known global manufacturing city in China. In May 2014, the company set up the second production base next to the original plant. Currently QSR Dongguan plant is the only company in China dedicated on producing automotive electrical connector seals and precision silicone medical components. All molding presses are imported. The Company has been certified by IATF16949 automotive quality management system, ISO13485 medical quality management system, ISO14001 environmental management system and ISO45001 occupational health and safety management system. It was named Dongguan High-Tech Enterprise, rated as Dongkeng Excellent Foreign-Funded Enterprise, Advanced Unit, Advanced Enterprise of Labor Relations, Employee-Satisfied Enterprise and Active Participant of Public Welfare and Culture Construction. In addition, the Company also won the honorary certificates of Dongkeng's Eighth of Highest Tax Payment in 2016 and Dongkeng's Seventh of Highest Tax Payment in 2017.
